New York has become the latest state to endorse insurance coverage for IVF and fertility preservation. Current New York law requires coverage of infertility services, but specifically excludes coverage of IVF and fertility preservation for cancer patients. Read the announcement below and learn about ways to get involved as well.
On Thursday, January 11, 2018 at a press conference in New York, Governor Cuomo's 2018 Women and Girls priorities were announced. The agenda for this year includes support for achieving insurance coverage for IVF and for fertility preservation. The Alliance for Fertility Preservation (AFP) thanks the Governor for making this important coverage a priority issue for all New Yorkers!
